The following terms and conditions apply to all products placed by the customer (hereinafter referred as “you” or “the customer”) with Didofàs.r.l(hereinafter referred as “Didofà”, “we” or “us”) through this website

This Website offers a service of online shopping exclusively to private individuals for their personal use and is not addressed to wholesalers or retails.

Italian and English are the languages used to finalize the contracts.

By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (Terms and Conditions). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy before navigating the website and placing your order (regulated by the Italian Law, art.12 Decree Law 9 April 2003, n.70).

All the contracts finalised with Didofà through this Website are under Italian jurisdiction and are specifically regulated by the Decree Law 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Code of Consumers) and the DecreeLaw 9 April 2003, n. 70 (DecreeeCommerce).

Prices are expressed in Euro andinclude all taxes and delivery fees.
Placing an order
Main item descriptions and prices are available when selecting the product. Find below the instructions on how to place an order.

After you have chosen the item you wish to purchase,move it into your shopping bag. Please, make sure you read carefully and understand the Terms and Condition including the shipping fees, right of withdrawal and Privacy policy before to confirm your order. Now you can select your payment method and lastly click on “send” to confirm.

Before you confirm you order you can still modify it by changing the quantity or the colour of your item. To do so, you can easily add or remove items from the shopping bag.

Clicking on “send” you declare that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

Customers can check the status of their order from their personal account in the field “orders”.

Weather Didofàs.r.l would decide not to accept your order, you will receive a communication of failed order within 30 days from the day you placed it. In that case you will also receive a refund of the full paid amount.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, Paypal or cash on delivery.

The cost of the item ordered will be deducted from the credit card only after the following operations:
a) Credit Card check
b) Authorization from the bank to charge the card
c) Confirmation of availability of the product from Didofàs.r.l

The card will not be charged when the order is placed and sent, but only when all the conditions above are fully verified and confirmed. In some cases, only the expenses for the credit card check will be charged, however these will be immediately refunded.

Didofà accepts also bank transfer payments. The customer will need to cover every bank fees or expenses connected to the bank transfer service.

In case of declined card, the sale contract will be cancelled.
Order tracking
As soon as we start packing your order, wewill send you an email confirmation with the delivery information. The email confirmation will also show the Terms and Conditions, the item description, item price, paid price, refund and further information regarding customer service assistance and product warranties (as regulated by the Italian Law, art. 53 Code od Consumers). You will be able to track your order logging in into your account.
Failed order
We reserves the right to cancel your order if we think you are buying for illicit scopes or if you are abusing of the right of withdrawal as regulated by the Italian Las, art.12:

In this case, Didofà will notify you about the end of the contract via email and will take care to refund any fees charged to the customer.
Delivery and shipping
Products bought through this website will be delivered at the address provided by the customer. You can also decide to deliver the products to a different Italian address.Products cannot be left in Post boxes, but they require a person aged 18+ to sign for the item collection.

You will also receivean invoice for each delivered order which will be sent via email or by Post as regulated by D.P.R 445/2000 and the Law Decree 52/2004. The invoice will show as date the day you placed the order. It is not possible to modify the invoice after its delivery.

Shipping costs are shown on the website and on your order review.

Products will be dispatched by the courier selected when placing the order. Deliveries are expected from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Didofà is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen events.

When the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check the delivery status on the courier website.

As regulated by the Italian Code of Consumers, the products will be delivered within 30 days from the day after the order was placed. If Didofà will not be able to deliver your order due to exceptional or unforeseen events which could affect the availability of the products, you will be notified via email and all the costs will be refunded.

Please take note that all orders require signature at the delivery address provided. The recipient will need to make sure that the number of items dispatched matches the quantity reported on the courier’s transportation document. Moreover, the recipient will also need to verify the integrity of the package on delivery. If the package is not intact or the number of items delivered is incorrect, a reclaim will need to be compiled at the presence of the courier representative on the same day of the collection. Please note that after the collection, it will not possible anymore to place a reclaim about the conditions of the exterior package or number of items delivered.

The cost of shipping for orders is at the price of € 53 is € 6 in Italy and € 20 abroad.
Right of withdrawal
Didofà guarantees full satisfaction to its customers. You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 working days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the product. The simplest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to return the product before the withdrawal period has expired and to send a return request to [email protected] with the following information:

a) Willingness to exercise your right of withdrawal(regulated by the Italian Law, art. 64 Code of Consumers)
b) List of items to return
c) Tracking number given when the order was placed
d) Bank details (only if the payment method used was Bank Transfer). This info must be sent to us within 14 working days from the day of the delivery of the product via email, telegram or fax.

Didofà will refund the entire cost of the product only if the returned item is intact and all the refund procedures are met. Didofà can decide to decline your refund request in case the above conditions are not met fully. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order.

Please note that the delivery fees for returning the item are at the customer’s charge and are not refundable.

You will find easy return instructions in the parcel attached to your product.
We will refund the full cost of the item within 30 days from the day the product has returned back to us. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund process will be effectively completed.

The customer is responsible for the product until it will be delivered back to us. Didofà is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during the return delivery.

If you change your mind and would you like to withdraw your refund request, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. If you have sent the item already and is on his way then your cancellation order cannot be modified since the item is physically dispatched back to us.
Didofà’s products bought online can be exchangedfor a different model or colour if you are not fully satisfied. To ask for a product exchange you will need to contact Didofà at [email protected] Please note that only intact products in the original package and with the full product and delivery documentations will be replaced.

You can send the product by post at the following address: VIA SANTA ELENA 23, 84123 SALERNO (ITALY). The item exchange is subject to availability.

Delivery costs for returning the item are at customer’s charge. Conversely, the delivery of the new replaced item will be sent to you free of charge.

Faulted Products
If you think your product is faulted, you will need to contact Didofà as soon as possible at [email protected]

All products are covered by the legal guarantees described in the art. 129, 130 and 132 Code of Consumers. Faulted products will be repaired or replaced if reclaimed within 2 months from when the defection has been noticed. The guarantee policy applies for 26 months starting from the date of delivery of the item.
Limitation of Liability
We try to ensure that the information provided by the website is accurate, complete and updated all the time. However, we cannot guarantee that the content will be completely error free or reliable.

Didofà reserves the right to amendor change the Terms and Conditions and theplatform content from time to time without prior notice to you even after that you have placed your order.
Law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Italian Laws and they need to be interpreted according to the Italian jurisdiction.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to the Terms and Conditions, including the validity, invalidity breach or termination thereof, will be adjudicated or arbitrated in accordance with said Terms of Use.If in Italian territory, the jurisdiction authority in charge of these disputes will be the judge responsible for the geographical area at the costumer’s residency.
